We often forget to look after ourselves along the way. You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out: therapy can also be a way of slowing down, and of understanding how your past, your feelings and your relationships shape the way you meet the world.
One-to-one therapy for adults and teenagers, online or in London.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), drawing on mindfulness and DBT skills for emotion regulation where they help. Where words feel insufficient, we may use creative, arts-based methods.

Anxiety, low mood and depression, trauma, difficult emotions, self-criticism, stress, and the strain of living between cultures. I mainly work with people whose difficulties carry low to moderate levels of risk and complexity, online or with a mix of online and in-person sessions.
I work in a specialist NHS eating disorders service and offer evidence-based treatment for anorexia, binge eating and body-image difficulties, including CBT-E (enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders), CBT-T (a ten-session form of it) and MANTRA (the Maudsley model of treatment for adults with anorexia).

A free creative community morning — write or draw a postcard from somewhere that matters to you: a place, a memory, an imagined place or the future.
Free psychological first aid, offered as a volunteer with fellow clinical psychologists after the Tai Po fire in Hong Kong.

Workshops for communities and companies on stress reduction, emotion regulation, team building and creativity.
Psychology, creativity and community.
I’m a clinical psychologist with nearly a decade of experience in mental health across the UK, Hong Kong and Africa — in hospitals, community services, schools and care homes. I currently work in an NHS eating disorders service.
My practice blends evidence-based psychology with the creative depth of the expressive arts. Together, we make sense of your experiences and develop practical ways of responding to difficulty with more flexibility, so you can move towards what matters most to you. Where words feel insufficient, we may use creative approaches to give feelings somewhere to go.
I offer culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming support, and I welcome people from all backgrounds. I work in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien.
Outside the therapy room, I bridge psychology, creativity and community through inbetweenmind — community creative events in London, and before that in Hong Kong.
